Zambomba, know more about the traditional Christmas party in Jerez

Jerez is now the center of Christmas in Spain. Zambomba is how we call a traditional party where everybody sings villancicos, christmas songs,  with really old lyrics, from nineteenth century in most of the cases, drink Sherry, enjoy our gastronomy and chat with friends.
